Customer service fragmented Leaves guests at the mercy of hosts who make allegations that renters damage vehicle without duly investigating possible fraud Customer for 3 years on and off within Canada Horrible idea using them in the US Takes no responsibility for us missing an event because it failed to undertake due diligence needed to ensure car was in working drivable condition We were left stranded amidst busy LA traffic and missed the event we flew out there for

Renting with turo app is only 10% turo effort and implication for up to 40% of the 💰 they keep..... and 90% the host efforts: vehicle, maintenance, cleaning, delivery, and the most important, the small damages he has to deal with..... Turo's insurance is only a fraud. You have to be on both side to understand, the host and guest.....so , for 10% I'll give 1☆ rating.

I must say, this app is a great alternative to normal rental business prices…but there is a risk. I’m going to start by saying, Turo customer service is TOP TIER and because they are so good at making things right, that is mainly why I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family; but with full disclosure. I used Turo for the first time a couple weeks ago for a 6 day rental. I found a decent car for a just price!!! We were looking for something small and practical.
