Amber has been my personal trainer for over a month and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and her gym. First of all, the gym is more like a sanctuary. It is a beautiful space filled with a complete and well rounded selection of equipment. The gym is always immaculately clean and Amber takes the time to disinfect equipment after each use. Amber's teaching is so much more than just a spin class. Alignment cues and awesome instruction make me learn so much. And I sweat. A lot. Studio is beautiful. Ridgway is lucky to have this place.
