Whomever answered the phone was rude and was of no help. Dont get a job helping people if you dont want to help people. I seen a lady that needed immediate assistance with two kids and tried to help by calling and the lady that answered was rude
Have been patiently waiting since December 2024. Left several voicemails, spoke with someone multiple stiles and now it’s almost the end of April 2025 still nobody had reached out. I’ve also went by the address listed, lady took my info. No call back yet. The lady from Mecklenburg also called and reached out as well for me same run around. Sad when you’re needing assistance and can’t get it!
