Worst company ever.
One of the best drops I’ve ever done. Plenty of space to party, over nights parking. Every person I spoke to had Great personality. Excellent experience
i didn’t receive my purchase then they kept my money and i complain next thing i know someone is trying to take loans out in my name and my identity is stolen did they do this i do not know but the timing is super suspicious it was the day after i filed a dispute with the credit card company
Ordered a Falcon 2 bundle, only received the coils and not the tank. Called customer service and spoke to Anita. she was very rude and unprofessional. Told me a had to ship the coils back, pay the shipping and then I would get a refund. Totally unreasonable based on the pact act issues with shipping! I was never notified about the tank being out of stock and in turn was charged. After a lengthy time on hold I was very dryly told I would be issued a refund, when I attempted to tell her how displeased I was with the whole situ... read more
