Someone NEEDS to comment on the horrors that go on in this home. Director embezzlement money which takes housing opportunities away sending woman BACK TO ABUSERS(information I took from inside the home so....🤷‍♀️)

Absolutely the worst place I have EVER come into contact with and wouldn’t tell anyone to even try this place. They are disgraceful. We were homeless suddenly and by we I mean myself and my 6 year old! I called in tears begging for assistance and I was greeted with a woman that had a massive attitude and then told me “it’ll be hard for you since you have a INABILITY to part with your dog. Don’t come here it’s appointment anyway.” This is my son’s SERVICE DOG. we had injuries at the time and she claimed it wasn’t an emergent ... read more

The Domestic Violence shelter has a strong foundational concept for the shelter but struggles with real life implementation of what they claim the mission statement is. Especially within the shelter. Specifically, the Housing Director's biased practices clearly creates a divisive environment among clients and staff, particularly by targeting staff that were easily influenced or scared to lose their jobs, or so intently committed that it showed her negligence.
