The 4 Stars are for the PASADENA'S store. When I called them to get the phone number for the "Reseda" store, a very polite and helpful young man " Karman" answered the phone. He was very helpful and when asked about certain "items", he was also knowledgeable and willing to help. After taking to my Wife, we decided to drive a few miles extra but be treated with respect and the help we will need. Thanks
My rating is not only due to the poor customer service, but largely because it's been actions of intentional poor service in a shared effort among several employees. Rude and racist like demeanors among several of the employees has been the experience. No customer should ever be subject to being ignored, intentionally overlooked, and made to wait while employees engage in bias chattering and indirect insults specific to a customers' race.
