We bought 3 recliners in nov last year, one broke, under warranty. It took them 5 days to come out to look at the chair, they ordered the parts the next day, Aug 13th. We were told two weeks ago that the parts wouldn't be in untl late Oct. We told them that was unacceptable, asked if we could get a replacement chair, after a few phone calls, we were told ok. Said chair would be in September 19th, just got off phone with them, no delivery until the 25th, they only deliver in this area once a month. Udderly unacceptable, we've... read more
