They put minimal effort into cleaning, residents don't get checked on regularly, constantly training new people who cant do their jobs properly. You'll be lucky if they even tell you when your family member has a fall. They puts on a good show when family is around though...
It’s going on three years that I have been going to Turner Integrity Care (TIC). We hold Bible studies and or spend time visiting with residents. I have been impressed with the love and care given to the residents. It’s a great home away from home. The residents are happy. The place is clean.
