After waiting several weeks for an initial review of my case, I finally received a delayed and incomplete response that failed to address key concerns I raised including serious issues like invasive video recording and emotional distress. On February 14th our son, who just turned 17, and his friend, age 16 were walking home from another neighborhood and were falsely accused by a jogger and arrested for aggravated robbery with a lethal weapon.
