Went in to pay for gas since my card wasn't working at the pumps and Then get met with a woman who said "please put in your phone number so I don't get fired". Oh? That's insane to make your own employees have to say that. I then tried to find some drinks for my ride home and section was empty. Don't even get me started with the no bathroom. Never coming back here.
The store inside is ok but my problem isn’t even half the workers who are always miserable but the fact that this gas station has the worst fuel pumps I’ve ever seen in my life. Your card never works on there, the buttons never work to enter your pin or phone number, and overall it’s annoying that this is the main gas station of Kutztown. At this point, I’m gonna trade my car in and get a foot powered car
Just passing thru for gas and clerk at the register was very pushy about asking for my phone number. I told them no but kept pushing. Seems very suspicious asking for phone numbers like that...seems like they are probably selling them to make money. Will never use a turkey hill again!
I went there to get snacks and fuel as I was waiting for my son to finish orientation at the nearby university. I spent over $200 between fuel and snacks and was rudely denied access to the restroom. This is an ongoing issue that has repeated itself over and over as I read in the comments going back years. Corporate is aware of the issue and still has not done anything about it. I will never patronize another one of their establishment in my life.
