These guys hit my mother up for $1,500 to "execute" some boiler-plate documents, and the kid-lawyer they gave the grunt work to didn't take the time to answer such questions of my 6-line email as what's the telephone number of the transfer agent you're referring me to? I had to write 3 emails about a phone number: 2 to get the number from him, and a follow-up to complain that the transfer agent he referred me to didn't answer the questions he didn't answer either.
