Initially called Al to try and get my taxes done and was quoted a price that significantly exceeded my expectations and previous quotes. When I mentioned I would have to consider the price, I was told to shop elsewhere as he “does not have the time to be nickel and dimed” to which I had mentioned I wanted an idea of how much I would pay which seems reasonable when searching for a service. My husband and I had a great tax prep experience with Al. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain our 2024 return to us. He was also able to answer all of our questions and we will most definitely be returning for next year’s returns.
