I shop here weekly and I have found it to be on par with the best markets in NYC. The meat and fish are of the highest quality and the price is reasonable . Produce is good and the catering department delivers quality every time I have used them. This is a gem of a local business that delivers to our community.
Disappointing – When Turco's first opened it was fantastic. Unfortunately over the years, it still "looks" good but they seem to be taking some tricky shortcuts. For the last 3 or 4 times I bought their fresh fish, it was always presented as something it isn't. Examples: The "cleaned" shrimp which they charge more for, are not clean at all.
