Your credit card will be charged. I was charged over $10,000 in one month for a contested divorce. I do not recommend this large firm, as they are looking for billable hours. Effie was distant from me and made no effort to get to know my story. I chose the Limited Representation and when you Google this, there should be a partnership. Instead, she did everything and didn't even know how to use Dropbox. I would not recommend this firm.
Attorney Cummings was wonderful. I went to her for a prenuptial agreement and this was my first experience with a lawyer. She was personable, responsive, and explained complex terminology in layman's terms. She helped us create a fair agreement within the necessary timeframe.
