I have been working with Turc Inc. to appeal my taxes. They are by far the best company I have ever worked with. Great customer service, efficient, and work very hard to get any issue resolved. I would highly recommend this company and it has been a pleasure working with my representative, Cory as she is extremely knowledgable about appealing your taxes, ect. Horrible and ridiculous rip-off scam. I asked them to help to see if I could get my property taxes reduced. A. They didn't succeed even though they approached me saying it was guaranteed and then B. They over-billed so instead of a $400 rip-off bill, I got one over $4,000! You could visually see the math error in the bill. I called many times to speak to somebody and literally never ever got a return phone call. Then I got threatening emails about paying or getting turned over to collections.
