I lost one of my keys to a cash box. The first hardware store I went to could not duplicate my key. But, Branneky duplicated it even tho they said they had to tweek the unusual key. THANK YOU BRANNEKY.
I will go to Lowe's in Shelby or Charlotte or Texas before I set foot in Bridges Hardware ever again. $3.00 to send a UPS package that already had a mailing label and $1.50 for 6" of tape for the small box. I've had it with these gougers. Took my package to UPS store in Shelby, found out Bridges charges UPS to pick up packages. What??

This is in truth a great spot for all those people that may need something for their house. I like that they have so many good tips for taking care of your own house.
DON'T SHOP HERE. Customer service is horrible, employees don't know what they are doing and the owner will not correct mistakes made by those employees. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I bought a Glock 27 from Rusty. I took it home and discovered that the registration was already filled out a year before. The next day I told Rusty to let me see your FFL books. And their it was; my gun had been sold twice as new. The gun had been returned and Rusty sold it again as new. The Harlingen police were present when I confronted him. His hands were shaking so bad he could hardly turn the pages of his FFL registrar. Never buy a gun here. I got my money back.
I love that they have little appliances out here, the ones that you see on TV. They are so great in here too, very professional and very wonderful people.
