Never really focused on my case as I was out of state. Accident happen Dec 2014 and was finally settled Dec 2023 via arbitration. Was set for 100k only awarded 20k. Lawyers did not take their portion as to how long case took. Personally I believe they dropped the ball and didn’t focus on my case at all. Did not take their portion of settlement as they knew they didn’t do their job and was a disservice to me. No communication and unwilling to schedule consult in the future. Were all busy I do understand this, but I wasted 6 weeks thinking I was going to have an opportunity to provide my case. Two stars because the lawyer finally decided to talk to me on the phone as he "ran out for a deposition".
