Pass on this office! Ned Tupper will rest on his laurels (hard to believe he was actually a judge!), charge you a high fee, and then ignore you. If th opposing party has any kind of decent lawyer, you will get screwed!
Stay away from Tupper! Ned Tupper is the absolute worst excuse for an attorney. Other attorneys love to go against him in cases because they know he is never prepared and will give away everything. Interest in his client? Only to collect his fee. He has actually hurt people with his incompetence.
judge (??) Tupper should not be allowed to practice law! Agree with the other posts!! Tupper will NOT fairly represent you! He advertises his judge background, but does not even prepare himself for cases. He did not even question the opposing counsel's position! The presiding judge did not want embarrassing information to be presented, so tupper just blew it off and rolled over. Never again
tupper is terrible! Tupper must have something going with other attorneys in the area..... he let the other lawyer dictate everything he wanted and did not dispute or question damaging proposals. Zero interest in client, however he charged plenty for his so-called services. Stay away from this firm - others have reported the same incompetence!
worst service, questionable connections The absolute worst from Ned Tupper. Late for appointments, didn't bother to even familiarize with case information. Even late for the hearing. Charged plenty for his fee, but the other lawyer dictated everything he wanted and got it. Never use!
