There is a great high care here. It is accessed by parking.Just passed the tunnel. There is a beautiful waterfall..
Great find! I read the reviews about climbing over the pipe, which we did, but we went straight down. We found the path (thanks to people we met by the water) to walk much easier! Keep going closer to the tunnel where the pipe I completely above the ground. Then as others mentioned, stay close to the mountain all the way down and the waterfall is to the right.
A bit of a moderate hike down. Need to find the start of the trail by the black pipe off the road. Beautiful waterfall and stream and everyone we meet there was really nice and respectful of the environment.
Lovely viewpoint to see far into the west coming from High Roll into Alamogordo.
