Rude. I placed an order. Wait for my order then received an email stating I will be refunded no mention of the reason. I sent 2 emails to ask why? No answers. It was my 1st time (and last) ordering on that website.
Park Avenue Icon Tuni's is a great store...beautiful things, up to the minute fashion...I wish I could go in there more often. What keeps me out is the snottiness of the salespeople...mostly young girls, they give off the impression that you shouldn't be in there, you can't afford what they're selling, etc. I know this happens at a lot of high-end boutiques, but after the great experiences I've had at Courtney K, Merrigan's and Ginger, there is just no excuse for it. Tuni's is not that hot What a shame!!! Tuni's has fabulous clothes but the service is horrible! The sales staff bearly pay attention to you or are all over you. They need to learn customer service!!!
Best in town I love Tuni's. The have a great store, great owners & wonderful merchandise. The clothes are high-end and totally current. Not where to go for a bargain, but certainly for a great outfit.
Tuni's is hit or miss I have been in Tuni's many times and I can honestly agree with both of the other reviewers. The service is hit or miss. It's either truly spectacular or you feel as if you shouldn't be there. True, NOT a place for a bargain. But if you want cutting-edge or something really special, this is a place you at least want to check out.

I've been getting wonderful & unique clothing, shows (ahhhh the shoes!) & accessories here for 30 years. Tuni & Paige & all the girls there are so warm & engaging. I just love it!
Always takes my style and gives it polish and flair ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my greatest looks. Knows what I like and what I don’t. Doesn’t lie to sell more expensive products. Really takes care of your everyday and special event needs. Always on point !
