My fiancé turned in his tax forms and was told an extension was filed. After multiple emails and follow up calls he continued to be told the person wasn’t in office or they would get back to him. Eventually being it’s so many months late I finally got him to call the IRS to check if an extension was filed in which it was not. This is going to cost so much money that is ultimately on him when it was the tax preparer who lied and didn’t communicate well. This whole situation is ridiculous.
Only worked with this place for 2 years; last year and this year (2025). Donita consistently ignored my emails and attempts to contact her about questions I had about my tax planning. The year was awful, I submitted my taxes to them in March, they ignored me for 2 months after calling and checking in every other week. Finally got tired of it and asked for my taxes back, I'm going someplace else. Avoid this one.
Fast, efficient, and friendly. The people at the front desk provided excellent customer service. I was referred to Tunink Murray Financial Group and I will be doing the same. Thanks Donita Langen!
