The company is a horrible company to work for. They retaliate against you when you report them to DRC for neglecting the individuals. They will lie to unemployment to keep you from receiving your benefits after they wrongfully terminate you. The new assistant director sleeps with all the female staff. They abuse and neglect the individuals, and take their money. The company is unprofessional and if you are more experienced then they are, they will set you up and terminate you. Most unprofessional and inappropriate company to work for. From mistreatment of individuals (verbal, seclusion, misspending of money) to extremely poor upper management this company is a nightmare. (Carson City, NV office specifically) Employees are nearly harassed about working overtime, never offered benefits after waiting period (90 days), selectively treated based on how upper management feels about you.
The lady who works at the front desk named Sharon throws her cigarette buds in the trash can inside. The whole front waiting area reeks of it and makes it hard to breathe.
