We were referred here by CDRC and I’ve called several times, and left messages and no call back. It’s been about a month. Unfortunately, this kind of thing causes trauma to people trying to seek help to their children, we have to keep going to agency’s, telling our story’s, calling other places, telling our story’s again, hoping to get help. It’s frustrating when balls get dropped and you call several times, and leave messages, and agency’s who are supposed to help don’t call back.
Marlena’s kindness is infectious. You can tell she really cares. So glad I found her. Lifesaver!!!!
Marlena has been a godsend for my son! They’ve formed a beautiful relationship over the years and we just love our weekly visits with her! She is kind and patient but also able to redirect quickly when my son gets a little too rowdy or off topic. She’s always willing to get outside for appointments when weather and her schedule allow it, which is so fun for my kiddo. Her office is clean and fun and she always makes safety a priority. Marlena is seriously amazing. She is welcoming, understanding, empathetic, and so knowledgeable. My daughter made leaps and bounds, in multiple areas, since working with Marlena. We are so sad that we're moving out of the area! We will miss Marlena so much!! She goes above and beyond to help, and she is truly dedicated to her work.
There are not enough words to describe what Marlena means to our family. When my daughter with multiple complexities started with her almost 4 years ago now, she had severe stranger anxiety.
