Zach was very helpful! He got us off the highway and to a safe spot and then changed the tire for us. He also told us a place to get a hotel for the night that had garages close. Tumbleweed absolutely delivered, and I will certainly get in touch with them if I need towing, roadside assistance, or am again locked out of my car. Thanks!
