Went there 3 weeks prior to my birthday to buy a cowboy hat. Was willing to pay several hundred dollars for a Stetson or similar quality hat. He didn't have one in stock I liked that fit, so he showed me several others in a catalog that he could order. Said he'd call them the next day, order and call me letting me know an update.
