RecommendedMy countertops haven’t been installed yet but so far we have had the BEST experience with USA Granite! We were in & out of the showroom with decisions made very quickly & they are installing them Monday, which is way quicker than I expected! Highly recommend.

The installers were on time, quick and efficient. They were respectful and answered our questions. I appreciate the helpfulness of Karen and Rosa. Thank you for making the install so easy. I love my new countertops in the kitchen and utility room. They are even prettier than I expected!
Employees stole tools and lawn equipment from us and company denied it. Lost over $2,000.00 worth of tools while they put in our countertops. Will NEVER use them again, and discourage anyone from using these dishonest people and their owner! Awful company & dishonesty all over that place.

We had a great experience with USA G&C last year. Our kitchen granite is gorgeous, and the install was quick. We love it so much, that we are having them come back to install countertops in our bathroom. Great prices, good selection and fast service. That is what we were looking for. And that's what we got!
I had a great experience with USA granite from.the time we walked into the showroom through the install. The herringbone backsplash i requested is amazing. Its been 3 years and I still love my kitchen.
This company does not pay attention to details at all. They seem to just want to get it done, not get it done correctly. They made so many mistakes on our job it is too many to put here, but the biggest is that they could not even follow their own measurements which led to gaps between walls and edges that are very visible that they just "filled with caulk." I cannot recdommend your company due to severe lack of communication which included not computing for am kitchen backsplash which cost additional money, the installers did not leave the garbage disposal flange, should have drilled the standard 3 holes for the faucet, did not tell me the basket strainers were an extra cost and no flex connectors. Have to have the plumber come back again. Some personnel (Rosa and installers) thought they knew what they were doing, but did not. Each time I have called I receive no apology from ... read more
