I had a very disappointing experience with one of the cashiers, Angelica, at the High Neighbor located at 9620 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During my visit, I felt that she was rude, unprofessional, and treated me with a lack of respect. I had a very disappointing experience at this High Neighbor location on Christmas Eve. Bernard’s candies were displayed directly under a $3.29 shelf label, but rang up at $9.49 at checkout. I questioned the discrepancy and even returned to the shelf to confirm the pricing. The front-end manager was dismissive, walked away, and made no effort to resolve the issue or de-escalate the situation.
