I have done 3 complaints with nothing, and got no where. You get charged for every tiny thing, from an email to a piece of paper. I've been charged for multiple things multiple times and when asked to look into it, got charged for that too.
They do the bare minimum service and charge you outrageously. They are not worth the 2500.00 fee they charge! When you get a refund they make sure they take as much as they possibly can. Their service isn't worth the money.
