I was a little skeptical about hypnosis, but having tried lots of other things for weight loss I figured I would give it a try. I went to see Tracey and am so glad that I did! I have already lost about 10 pounds in a few months. Tracey is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel comfortable immediately. She is very passionate about hypnosis and excellent at it. Oh my gosh I am beyond ecstatic! I have been fighting anxiety and phobias for years .I've been to counseling many times for phobias it just did not help. A friend recommended getting hypnotized. I had 3 sessions with Tracey focused on portion control for weight loss, increasing water intake, reducing alcohol consumption and stress management/relaxation techniques. The sessions were personalized to my needs. She takes time to get to know you and your goals and doesn’t rush through your session. (Sorry I’m wordy but I believe in solid reviews) I have tried every weight loss technique under the sun, including surgery. A few somewhat productive but very much yo-yo. I did my research on hypnosis, honestly I was skeptical but saw there seemed to be some legitimate potential.
