I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH ATTORNEY de Luca's assistant lawyer who handed my unemployment case. He didn't ask enough questions, never asked my witnesses questions and I firmly believe that he didn't represent me. My medical documents were not questioned, and he gave the "ho-hum" attitude. I honestly feel he did not represent me.in my opinion , I can not recommend him to others.
Attorney Deluca was recommend to me by a friend that has used him and I was very please with the outcome. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When it came time for the hearing I felt he was the only lawyer/case out of 8 or 9 that had their S*** together. After seeing the judge completely dismiss a case because the other lawyer of the elderly couple couldn’t answer a single question and had conflicting information, I was great-full to have Deluca who had every T’s crossed and I’s dotted.
