This place provides the best level of care and quality of living for seniors. The property is clean and perfect for Seniors as its in the community and close to most amenities. The staff and nurses are some of the best people here. I hope this review makes it to the management so that the efforts and ethics of the staff are acknowledged and rewarded. Lack of patience by front desk team!!! ( April 6th, 2026) I called the residence to inquire about somethung and the front desk person started providing feedback without even letting me finish my thoughts. She put me hold and i could hear her talking in the background. I called again ( giving them the benefit of doubt) and she did the same things. Just imagining the kind of service this person maybe providing to the residences who may want to call front desk to share a concern. Not the kind of place where i would like to work... read more
