Becareful..Record whatever these people at Customer Service say.They will have every excuse to take money. SAVE every receipt. BECAREFUL!
We pay $108 a month and have been having issues for the better part of a year now. We can only stream on one device at a time, anything else causes horrible lag. Customer service has been no help. We have had multiple techs come out to test the internet. The last tech here saw ping spikes up to 400 with no explanation. Said he definitely sees the problem but can't pinpoint it. He told us fiber was on the way to our home so we decided to wait it out, now customer service tells us it's not even in the 5 year plan for our addre... read more

TBTC staff will go out there way to help you and answer questions.....
When assessing our bills, we discovered we were paying four other phone companies for various telephone services (don't ask how that happened -we haven't figured it out yet). When we tried to bundle, another company closed off our connection to TBTC (internet and email). TBTC staff went way beyond expectations in their efforts to give us tremendous service fixing problems created by someone else. We wish we'd made better choices, but TBTC has consistently been great for the years and years we've had them .
