They are just not professionally set up to operate services like a regular bank and are prone to errors. I've had a lot of weird issues getting the run-around on setting up an account. Just things being really confusing and inefficient. The tipping point was getting my debit card with the wrong name on it - and not because I provided my name incorrectly (of course). Want to be positive about this place because i like to support small community banks, but this one doesn't seem to really serve its community well. Main good thing is the location on the Loyola campus which is convenient. Otherwise fees are as bad as anywhere, hours are limited, and customer service is often impenetrable.
