Want to be positive about this place because i like to support small community banks, but this one doesn't seem to really serve its community well. Main good thing is the location on the Loyola campus which is convenient. Otherwise fees are as bad as anywhere, hours are limited, and customer service is often impenetrable.

Want to be positive about this place because i like to support small community banks, but this one doesn't seem to really serve its community well. I have banked with them for over 10 years downtown. NO one has been able to beat their used car rates. Signature loan rate is also great. Know most of them by name as they speak as I see them throughout campus.
