Somatic Experiencing with Ranpreet has been transformative. He has helped me to build and practice resources for coping and managing nervous system dysregulation while simultaneously affirming my various intersections of lived experience: neurodivergent, gender expansive, survivor. It has been encouraging and healing to work with someone who gets it.
Ranpreet is amazing! One of my biggest worries of moving back to WNC was finding someone to continue my care with. I have been receiving body work and various forms of support for about 20 years and my recent work with Ranpreet at Tula Mountain Bodywork has been by far the most impactful both on my physical issues from an old sports injury but also on my emotional wellbeing as well!
