This a genuine Thai experience. ANIIII massage delivers an amazing product. I've been a few times and the quality of massage is top noch!! I do a lot of offshore sailing It’s hard work on the body . A 1hr treatment puts me back in shape. Anni always greets you with that warm Thai smile and good service that sets the tone. Thank you Anni 😊

I have to say it was very very disappointing experience with the staff called Anni. She was quite rude, was in a rush, 3 staff were talking to us at one time and no one was listening. The lady Anni who is soooo rude. She kept Interrupting me and I told her she goes "oh honey you upset" full on did the weird look and started laughing, forgetting that she's speaking to a "customer" not her kids. Really disgusting service, I cancelled the appointment and requested my refund. I hope no one books with Anni as she does not deserve... read more
Absolutely appalling. This place has gone downhill fast. Charging a $25 surcharge just for using a health fund is nothing short of a rip-off. What’s the point of having private health insurance if you’re penalised for using it? This fee never existed before and reeks of pure greed. The massages themselves are poor quality and completely unprofessional. The therapists are clearly undertrained and have no idea how to adjust pressure. Great hot stone massage in a calm, relaxing space. The atmosphere and staff were peaceful and welcoming. The pressure was just right but of course this was checked at the beginning of the massage to make sure no adjusting needed I was also able to walk in and get an appt on the spot, which is always a bonus I’m a regular massage client and have had massages all over the place and I couldn’t really fault this one Thanks TUI NA
