Had an appointment booked months ago. They call and tell me they didn’t get my referral. My doctor sent it in 4 times! I call today to confirm my upcoming appointment and make sure I’m all set and to NO SUPRPRISE , they still don’t have the referral. Oh, and it’s gets better. They say I canceled my own appointment. The appointment I’ve been eagerly waiting for. Yeah. I’ll get help elsewhere. Very frustrating experience.
