These people are scammers, they charged my friend a security deposit of $500 and they still haven't issued the refund, she is desperate, and no one is responding her calls or messages. She will file a claim with the BBB!

The false advertising that this company places on their web site is ridiculous. We and many others were taken advantage of upon arriving to pick up veichl. It was 6x the original amount quoted after our deposit was placed we were told $81 was due at the counter) not $661. I will make it my mission to place reviews and details of what happen to us everywhere.when asking to speak to someone we were told to email or deal with it. They will charge you double then what you agreed on. They never know who the manager is and I have extremely bad customer service. Never again check all the reviews online!

Pague el SUNPASS por 130 dólares, que al momento de rentar el auto en Orlando me dijeron que a los 10 días si no se utilizaba me regresaban el dinero. Estoy llamando y enviando mails hace más de dos meses y no me responden. No utilice nunca el SUNPASS. Una vergüenza de agencia. Para nada recomendable.
