The customer service I received from Kylie at Tuff-As was outstanding. I purchased 2 items on a Sunday online and emailed that evening asking if they could be sent ASAP to Brisbane as they were a gift. I didn’t hold out much hope of that happening. Well, not only did I receive a phone call from Kylie on Monday morning. She personally went to the post office and posted them straight away!
I bought some FXD socks online from tuff-as, excellent service and will be my go to shop for tradie wear. Thanks again, Jacob.
