Awesome service from purchase to delivery.
I went today 07/17/2021 was very dissapointed and deceived of this store, the only one left in New England. The associates very rude, lack of knowledge and customer service. Advertisement states 20-60% off everything is over priced and outdated. Never go there again.
At The Birmingham Tuesday mornings had the most unprofessional experience. I went to return an unused item that was past the thirty days. I have done this w many stores and they gave me a store credit. The store manager was so rude, aggressive, not manger like over explaining the return policy for a 7.99 item. What an odd spot - cross between Marshalls/TJ Maxx and Job Lot. Prices are the same as Marshalls/TJ Maxx if not higher, some of the same items, but not as well organized. The staff are very friendly. You really have to want to hunt for something to go here!
