This was My first time going there even though it was closing for good, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I went there because they're selling the shelving units and I wanted to buy a few to organize my garage. Great price and they were very helpful. When I needed to dismantle it in the store they gave me tools and give me good advice on how it works.
The staff is not equipped in general skills to run the store. The savings is not what it used to be nor is the product line. The prices are not true discounts. It is truly a shame. This use to be a great find shop. But no more. I can not recommend this place. The experience was such a waste of time and horrible.
I had to research where a store was near my house because my purchases were originally in Orange County I found this location in Granada hills and happily went to return exchange a couple of items and looked forward to finding some new treasures. Unfortunately my experience left me wanting to return not just what I purchased there and what I was returning but to go home collect everything I bought and return it this was a horrible experience. 1st of all the store felt a bit barren.
