Worst Tuesday morning I have been in. The young man doing stocking or whatever followed me around the whole store. I ended up telling him you have been within 4 feet of me since I entered the building and not once said may I help you sir? He walked close to me with his arms folded and gave me dirty looks. I am in process of moving to Mt Juliet and setting up a villa. Went there yesterday. Worst service I have received in a long time. I am elderly and the young man working there could have cared less about customer service. I spent over $300….I bought a very heavy jute rug and a very heavy floor lamp. He would not even offer to help me handle either. As I was struggling to get this stuff to my car my buggy turned over it was so heavy as I had laid the rug across top when I checked out as that was the best I could do with the w... read more
