Very kind staff consirhw difficulty of their work there
This residence is definitely not for people that try to be healthy. They only feed and have beds. Medicine comes from a pharmacy not close at all. I am getting more ill living here. Too many people who complain always.

I can't speak for all of LOFT as that isn't fair but I can speak for Orillia and HR ( Located at head office in Toronto ). • Agency staff is ALL over the place. Now that would be a good thing, but full-time staff gets pushed aside because of it. • Day staff gets treated better than nights and management let's anything happen overnight when full-time staff isn't there. Things left all over the place, health and saftey down the drain and than left for full-time staff to clean up when they get back into work. • 3 ways of commun... read more
