First week of school, and my kid has gotten to school late every day and after school he's getting home over an hour late after school gets out.
If I could give zero stars I would it is now my daughters 4th day of school and there's no one answering the phone to notify if your child is not taking the bus I even selected an option to have someone call me back and that was 3 days ago!!! I tried calling again this morning for an hour and still no answer
WHERE ARE THE SCHOOL BUSES NO ONE IS ANSWERING YOUR PHONES
So unprofessional as a company seems like every morning the bust just shows up whenever they have no real way of effectively getting the word to parents if the bus is going to be late and it seems like it’s never at the appointed time very hard to communicate cus the automatic machine is is Spanish with no English option idk I hope it’s better next year cus students really rely of this transporttion do better with communication and mass announcements
