So unprofessional as a company seems like every morning the bust just shows up whenever they have no real way of effectively getting the word to parents if the bus is going to be late and it seems like it’s never at the appointed time very hard to communicate cus the automatic machine is is Spanish with no English option idk I hope it’s better next year cus students really rely of this transporttion do better with communication and mass announcements

My kids have been either never pick up or the bus just leaves them at daycare they are on a busy street and the bus is refusing to call the daycare to let the daycare know they are out side this has now happened for the 12 times I’ve had to leave work multiple times times and could lose my job because TUSD transportation can’t be reliable nore take responsibility for the drivers. These people are real jerks!!! They forget to take my kid, they have automated tardy notices so often!, but have the audacity to not drop off my child near our apartment complex and deny my formal request to do so, opted to keep dropping her off in at a corner where the bus blocks vision making it blind and drivers are known to turn anyway! And to top it off, its in front of a different, dangerous-er apartment complex and she has asthma, is on DDD, so climbing back up the street, having to cross the street, is a lot for her ... read more
