I was nervous visiting my Mom for the first time after she was admitted to a memory care facility, I didn't know what to expect. My concerns were dismissed after spending some time at the facility, the entire staff is committed to the well being of the residents. Had a not very pleasant 1-month stay at Tucson Place over February-March 2026 for respite care following back surgery. I contacted Pegasus leadership on May 4 and have not received a reply. Staff was not prompt responding to calls for help, food service and quality were fair and leadership did nor respond to inquiries.

My mom, Grace was fortunate to spend her last days at Tucson Place. The activities go on all day to keep residents stimulated and involved. The Caregivers are loving to all residents, and the Memory Director works hard at growing Tp to a #1 facility.. I am thankful for their expertise in caring for my loved one.

I've been to other facilities that pale in comparison to this place. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the administrators are kind. I definitely would recommend this for anyone looking for a facility for their loved ones. I always said I would never put a loved one in a care facility because I never trusted anyone but I stand corrected. I would highly recommend checking out this facility for a loved one and would put mine there if necessary.

I had the pleasure to tour with Ella at Tucson Place to help assist my Aunt and Uncle who recently moved to Arizona. I was concerned about them having two different levels of care. Not only did my family feel welcomed, they were accommodated for their respective needs and the staff showed concern and compassion during their transition. My Uncle absolutely loves their meals and my Aunt can’t get enough of Bingo.
