Did evaluation & one visit only at Sunrise experienced a problem requested a call from my PT. Received no return call so decided to change to Rincon location same company TOI Physical Therapy. Sunrise refuses to transfer my evaluation. Rincon wants to over bill my ins for a second evaluation. Not right. Over billing is not ok.
Bill is cutting edge. I went to him for 3 separate issues and not only did he plug me into the most effective exercises I’ve ever heard of, but he was so articulate and explained everything I wanted to know. I had no idea that PT could be so effective. And he’s super personable, a pleasure to work with.
Bill and Melissa were amazing with my recovery, definitely come to see them for your care
