I choose the Broadway branch as it is very convenient for me. I enjoy being welcomed by Eunice Cubillas, as she is so helpful and always has made my experience using this branch so great! Her smile, her professionalism and her willingness to help customer's is something TOPCU should be very thankful for. Also, I do recommend this branch to other's who live on the eastside of town.
Thank you Gladys for taking command of my dilemma on the phone, I'm sure I chose the incorrect phone option and got your office but you dropped everything to go over to the right person and brought me all the answers I needed, pronto! I stand impressed ! My Financials are humming along smoothly again.
