Their failure to notify me of repeted failed attempts by Citi to collect the payment that I scheduled just resulted in the closure of my Costco Visa card. WORST BANKING INSTITUTION EVER!!! I will be looking for a new bank and switching all of my payment info on my accounts to the new bank this weekend.
I gave ICCU a one star during transition… it wasn’t pretty. And, they are still transitioning 9 months later. But their services have improved, the people are all really great and frankly, they have turned out to be a super credit union. I have changed my rating from one to five stars!
Very friendly staff and this location is close to me.
