Steamy did a professional job in mitigating our water damage issues. Always courteous, communicative and reliable. In our case, discussions and agreements with the insurance carrier was challenging and problematic and created a bit of friction. However, Steamy displayed courtesy and diplomacy at all times and were very responsive to homeowner concerns and issues that lead to successful resolution of all billing issues.
