Started with 30 mins in the infrared sauna which was a great time in itself. As for the massage, Cora is a fantastic therapist—super thoughtful and a great communicator. She listened to where my problem areas were and was getting knots out I didn’t even know had. Every time I’ve gone my experience is always exceptional. Highly recommend this experience and I truly appreciate the friendly and attentive staff. Thank you!
Ellie was WONDERFUL!!!! She understood my med. Conditions before massage, was very gentle with that area. As for the rest I asked for a firm massage to work out all the kinks, and she delivered!! My 90min. Deep tissue massage was very relaxing and definitely will be going back again! Very relaxing and felt wonderful afterward! THANK YOU ELLIE!!!💆🏽♀

Granted as with any deep tissue work, I was sore the next day, but it was the corre... read more
Jack was great. He walked me through what he wanted to do/try for my issues and was able to help me feel comfortable the entire time. The place is easy to get to, but parking is a little confusing. I think their parking lot is behind the building off an alley way and not off Broadway, but other than that everything was great!
