So far it's been a pretty good credit union, newly renovated, so it's now a nice atmosphere, not overly crowded like the others, so that's all I have at this time.
This branch location looks great after it was recently renovated. Also the staff are very helpful and friendly.
I really wanted to like this bank and not have to support Chase but this bank is constantly making changes to my account "upgrades lol" and I have to login and call and update things and I have much better things to do than constantly mess with my business checking account. Today I got a new debit card that I didn't ask for three weeks ago my Zelle suddenly stopped working and before that they changed bill pay and took away all my info. Goodbye credit union
We dont need renovations. How about hiring staff so there is more than one teller doing transactions or stop staff from hiding in back or walking around doing nothing.
