We dont need renovations. How about hiring staff so there is more than one teller doing transactions or stop staff from hiding in back or walking around doing nothing.
Just about every visit here I have to stand in line several minutes when there are, today at least, 6 people behind the counter where there are 2 helping 1 customer!!! Why did I have to wait for my teller to come back from lunch to get help?
In 50 years of banking never have I experienced such poor customer service. This is at the Mission St. Location. 30 minute hold times id i call. No response to texts or emails. If I walk in I have waited up to 30 minutes for a teller. This bank is a total Joke
Always very helpful and polite.
