I had a super complicated question and Ivette and Fatima when the extra hundred miles to find an answer for me. I highly recommend making an appointment. The Customer service is 11 out of 10 here.
First of I want to say I did not expect to have been able to open 3 accounts so easily and pain free. Super convenient and the best customer service experience I have ever received from any financial institution. The employees there credit an amazing trainer by the name of Fidencio David López out of Tucson AZ. Mia, Margarita are front tellers and Anna who I met as a Drive thru Teller they all say amazing things about their teammate and trainer David.
